Fourthwalling: I'd prefer not unless your character has some reasonable justification for doing so, like if they're a huge comic fan and DC exists in their world. Talk to me if you're unsure.
Killing/Injury: Yes to injury. He has a healing factor, so he can take a ton of abuse. I'm iffy on killing him, but if you feel that it will lead to interesting CR, send me a memo and we'll plot something out.
Comfort Levels: Everything (yes, even gore!) except for rape, pedophilia, bestiality, and watersports is fine in my book. I'm chill as fuck, so unless you're really iffy on something, just assume I'm okay with it. ICly, it takes an awful lot to really freak Jack out. Living in Gotham does that to you.
Personal HMD: HMD

Hugging/kissing/flirting with this character: All are fine. If it's Jack, he'll flirt back, but kisses are a different matter unless you and him are exceedingly close. If it's the Creeper...why would you even. Expect all the typical reactions of a dangerously crazy person if you choose to get kawaii uguu with him.
Fighting/injuring/killing this character: See the previous section!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure. Keep in mind that you're dealing with two distinct personalities, so there's always the possibility that the one who isn't in control might try to talk back to you if you go deep enough. As a whole, their thoughts are very disjointed with the Creeper's insanity being way more apparent than Jack's neurosis. Given that the Creeper is a demonic entity of some sort, aura-reading characters should be able to see and classify his aura as such.
